This year has been a challenging one for many out there.  For most of the year the economy has not been performing well.  There has been uncertainty that has plagued many out there concerning their employment, housing, and retirement.

The dollar has been on a roller coaster, ending up more down than up, and the national debt has been looming to new record breaking heights.  It has looked like a bleak year so far.

And yet….


There is Much to Be Thankful For This Thanksgiving


The economy is now beginning to recover, albeit slowly.  The same goes for the housing market.

Job losses are slowing down.  People are beginning to buy more goods and consumer more services.

As for you, what could you be thankful for?

I propose that you could be thankful for still being alive which means you still have a purpose to fulfill in this world.  That is a great thing to be grateful for.

Many of you still have your health.  Some have either become a father or mother for the first time and some for another time.  Some of you out there are now grandparents and at a time where you will be able to see them grow up and even see your great grandchildren.

The world is an awesome place with it beauty and splendor and that is still something to be thankful about.

And the thing to be most thankful about is that you are now thinking about pursuing your dreams, if not for the first time, then for the fact that you have taken the first step in committing to them with more effort than you have ever done before.  That is really worth being thankful for as you and only you have given yourself permission and the chance to succeed in your dream to be financially free and master/mistress of your own destiny.

I know that I am thankful for your visit to the RB-Money Club and I, on behalf of the RB-Money Club, wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Now get out there and spend time with your friends and family and enjoy your Thanksgiving meal.

I just had a credit scare when I received a mail alert from a service which notifies me of any changes to my credit account.  This can be very scary when you get this and especially when you are going on with your life and rarely check your credit report.

It got me to thinking about how really important your credit is for so many areas in your life.  You credit number and report provides important information about you and your credit history.  This information is used for you to get more credit, employment, or a home, either rented or for a mortgage to buy a home.

Your credit is very important when you are establishing a business as well.  For the most part, when you start a business, you will either be a sole proprietor or a partner in a partnership.  These two types of business organizations are impacted by your credit history when you apply for loans for the business or application for leases of wither equipment or office space.  This is even true when you are operating an online business as you will likely need to use personal credit cards and/or money from your bank account to finance your initial efforts for your fledgling business.

It is important to keep on top of your credit score and credit history to be alert of the following:

• When organizations are doing credit history checks
• When applications are being made for accounts which you did not make
• When one of the businesses you have a credit account with reports bad information on your credit
• When there is information about your work history which is not true
• When there are addresses at which you did not live.

All of the above items will affect your credit report and the means by which you can raise capital or credit for your business.

You should go to a service like FreeCreditReport.com and get a copy of your credit report for free or visit the three credit reporting bureaus (EquiFax, TransUnion, and Experian) and get a free credit report from each one.

Review it and determine whether the information is correct or not.  If there is any information in the report which is not correct, you should dispute it with each credit bureau. This could improve your credit history and score.

The one thing you will be able to do when you have cleared up any credit report discrepancies is have peace of mind that your credit report is accurate.

When you can get credit, you will be able to leverage your resources and be able to advance your business more rapidly with the new resources.  When you can improve your chances for success with your business, you will improve your chances to make real money online.

I just checked out my credit report today.  You should consider doing the same without delay.
